Non-Cancellable Items: Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded if they fall under the following categories:

• Standard items (Non-pre-order items already in stock).
• Custom-made or Special orders.
• Orders where the customer was explicitly notified of specific conditions by our staff prior to purchase.

Loss of Benefits: Should a pre-order be canceled (under exceptional circumstances approved by the shop), the customer will lose their current queue position. Any future orders for the same item will be treated as a new request at the Standard Retail Price (Discounts or Pre-order promotional prices will no longer apply).

• Delivery Timeline: The estimated arrival time is approximately 30–45 days after the "Round Closing Date" (Note: This is not from the date the order was placed).
• Closing Dates: Customers are encouraged to contact our administration team via Chat to confirm the exact closing date of the current pre-order cycle.
• Industry Disclaimer: Delays from the manufacturer or factory are common occurrences within the Airsoft industry due to production schedules and international logistics. If you require a strict delivery date or are unable to accept potential delays, we strongly recommend against placing a pre-order.

• Once the pre-ordered item arrives, our team will notify you immediately via your provided contact information.
• 30-Day Limit: If there is no response or the remaining balance is not settled within 30 days of the initial notification, the shop reserves the right to forfeit the deposit and cancel the order. The item will then be released for general sale without further notice.

• Out of Stock/Discontinued: In the event that the manufacturer cancels production or the item becomes unavailable, the shop will provide a 100% full refund of the amount paid.
• Product Variations: Minor variations in packaging or small design revisions by the manufacturer may occur and do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
