Refund and Return Policy for LZ (Landing Zone)

At LZ (Landing Zone), we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  3. Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Gift cards.
    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Sale or clearance items (marked as "final sale").

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at cs@lzlandingzone.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions and a return address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  2. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  1. If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the new size, color, or product when contacting us.
  2. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cs@lzlandingzone.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
