2.1 Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
2.2 Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Methods and Rates

3.1 We offer the following shipping options:

    3.2 Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order weight/dimensions.

4.1 Free shipping is available for orders over 30,000THB, unless otherwise specified.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

7.1 International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

9.2 We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees may apply for returned packages.

10.1 If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
10.2 We will provide a replacement or refund for eligible items.
